SenterNovem (Coordinator)

The official legal name of our organisation is SenterNovem. The NCP department is known as EG-Liaison.
Since 1983 EG-Liaison has been supporting interested companies and institutions in obtaining European R&D funding. Our aim is to promote (Dutch) participation in European R&D programmes and to stimulate European cooperation in the field of innovation.
On the first of January 1997 EG-Liaison integrated with SENTERNOVEM, agency of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. EG-Liaison takes part in the network of Euro Info Centres. Together with the Netherlands Foreign Trade Agency (EVD), EG-Liaison constitutes the Dutch Euro Info Centre. Enterprises can apply here with all their questions about European initiatives. In the Euro Info Centre in the Netherlands, EG-Liaison focuses on R&D. EG-Liaison's project officers provide information and independent advice. Frequently they are involved in special training programmes dedicated to project Proposers. Moreover, they support parties, both Dutch and European, in finding the right project partners. EG-Liaison undertake activities to encourage the application of R&D research results as IRC. EG-Liaison is National Contact Point for the 6th Framework Programme and has experience with the Framework for more than 20 years.
